Overview Assists in the ongoing management and fitness of data elements in Salesforce. Incorporates policies, guidelines, and responsibilities for administering Salesforce in compliance with policy and business process.

Responsibilities

Provides timely support for sales partners with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.

Creates and maintains process mapping, knowledge articles, resolution notes, and other departmental documentation and resources.

Assists senior team members with regression testing as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1 year of experience in a customer‑service oriented role.

1 year of experience in a technical troubleshooting or equivalent role required.

1 year of experience in Paychex or related industry experience preferred.

1 year of experience in Salesforce or CRM technology highly preferred.

Compensation Pay range: $23.86–$31.25 per hour. This is base pay only and does not include other components of total rewards. Total compensation may vary based on location, skills, education, and experience.
