Our Stock Room Operations Leads are critical to the success of our stores. As a Stock Lead, you’re the primary business owner of the stockroom, overseeing processing, product placement, and transfers. It’s your job to instill the importance of a safe, efficient stockroom so customers always find the products they want. You lead by example, model exceptional stockroom standards, and promote a positive, respectful environment. You partner closely with your Store Manager to train and develop all stock associates and empower your team through encouragement, recognition, and feedback. Description
As a UGG Stock Lead, you maintain the stockroom area where all materials and products are received, stored, organized, picked, counted, monitored, and distributed to meet store needs. You keep a neat, orderly stockroom and stock desk while practicing safety consciousness and security measures to deter theft. You ensure all stock processes and policies are understood and followed by your team. You strategically plan for new product arrivals and execute necessary adjustments, verify shipments, handle discrepancies, and keep inventory counts accurate. You manage customer charge sends and store transfers between retail locations or distribution centers, control damaged merchandise or mismatched inventory per company standards, and securely maintain a key to the store. Beyond the back of house, you assist the Store Manager in achieving the store’s fiscal business plan by executing sales and productivity plans. You help replenish and display products on the sales floor, organize them according to Visual Merchandising standards, and provide top‑level customer service in line with our Service Training Program. You greet customers, direct them to appropriate products, answer queries, and offer current product knowledge. You ensure availability to customers, identify and address their needs, maintain a positive, cheerful attitude, and promote the store and brand image. As a UGG Stock Associate, you cooperate as an integral part of the team to meet business needs. Core Competencies

One (1) to two (2) years of retail store experience preferred. High School Diploma. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers. Excellent team‑building skills. Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Additional Requirements
Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business. Physical ability to stand for extended periods. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
