Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

We are partnering with our Federal Way, WA engineering and construction client to recruit a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis, set to be

hybrid and in the office 3-4 days per week . In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the proposal and new business development processes for the firm with the goal of creating new opportunity and streamlining operations for the team. You will review qualifications and partner closely with marketing leadership to assemble winning proposals, documentation, presentations and similar materials. You will own tracking for these proposals and the pipeline of potential work, ensuring requirements and timelines are met and aligned. While much of this work is focused on driving new business and the proposal process, you will also play a critical role in building the company’s brand from a traditional marketing perspective. You will support social media campaigns, outreach initiatives, website content updates and communications, working consistently across the organization to align messaging for prospective clients, current clients and staff.

This is a unique role that blends the proposal and BD work with some traditional marketing aspects, which will allow you to help own the company’s brand and image outside of the traditional pursuits process! Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, and benefits are excellent, including low-cost medical, dental and vision insurance, matching 401(K), two weeks of PTO and a huge focus on culture and collaboration. Responsibilities

Support the proposal and new business development processes for the firm, collecting information and aligning requirements, conducting research, writing, designing and managing timelines to ensure and maximize opportunity

Partner closely with marketing and company leadership to assemble winning proposals, documentation, presentations and similar materials, ensuring alignment in messaging

Ensure processes and operational needs for the proposal process, maintain timelines, specs and similar details and tracking the pipeline

Drive external campaigns, projects and initiatives on social media, the company website, media outlets and similar that boost company image, drive awareness and engage the audience

Support other integrated marketing and communications projects, including event planning, newsletters, website content and similar

Qualifications

1+ year(s) of marketing and proposal experience, required

Experience working on proposal and business development projects in the architecture, engineering and/or construction spaces, highly preferred (may be flexible for proposal experience in professional services)

Experience in integrated marketing and communications projects, including social media management, email marketing, website content and/or similar work, highly preferred

Comfort supporting company-wide events and initiatives, as needed
