Pay Range 60,000 – 70,000 USD per year (FDS - Evansville, IN LLC - Bowling Green, KY)

What You’ll Do
Lead by example and integrate Fox Pest Control’s core values into every aspect of the branch.
Engage in all aspects of the pest control industry—safety, technical, sales, administrative, and operational management.
Collaborate with the branch manager, regional assistants, and service managers to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee, train, and evaluate a team of technicians to maintain high service standards.
Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the branch.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years leading a team of 4 or more, or 1 year as a pest control service manager.
Experience training new technicians.
Letter of recommendation from a former coworker or employer active in the pest control industry.
Current state licenses.
Strong computer skills and competencies.
Pest control CRM experience is a plus.
Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations.
Previous sales management experience is a plus.
Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent follow‑up, organizational, and time‑management skills, including route management.
Must be 21 years old or older to be covered under our insurance.
