Experienced Supplier Contracts Procurement Agent Location: Everett, WA or Seattle, WA

Position part of the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Global Parts Solutions team, overseeing relationship management, delivery performance, and contracts for one or more of Boeing’s key suppliers. All positions are 100% onsite.

Position Responsibilities

Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions

Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements

Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions

Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues

Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities

Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

3+ years of related work experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field

3+ years of experience developing and maintaining supplier relationships

3+ years experience with management of vendor or supplier contracts; including request for proposal, negotiations, execution to critical deliverables and ongoing maintenance

Able to travel up to 5% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

5+ years of related work experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field

5+ years’ experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance

5+ years experience with management of vendor or supplier contracts; including request for proposal, negotiations, execution to critical deliverables and ongoing maintenance

4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experience proposing and executing contracts

Experience collaborating with executive and senior management

Strong professional communication skills; fluent in both verbal and written English

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range for Experienced level (Level 3): $94,350 - $127,650 Summary pay range for Senior level (Level 4): $118,150 - $159,850
