Job Summary The Product Manager of BEAVO and Local Programs is the member of the Beaver Creek Ski and Snowboard School management team who is responsible for the overall quality of all program products under this designation. This position will manage a team of supervisors and instructors, while at the same time be the liaison between the Location Manager, the children’s supervisors, and the product sales team to ensure that all products are of the quality that will ensure our guests the Experience of a Lifetime. This position has a primary focus on BEAVO, Eagle Valley Learn to Ski, and SOS Outreach.

Starting Wage: $58,461.98 - $77,126.78
Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
Shift Type: Full Time hours available
Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
Housing Availability: No
Job Responsibilities
Management and coordination of the BEAVO program and local ski and snowboard programs (SOS Outreach and Eagle Valley Learn to Ski).
Managing and coaching instructors and supervisors.
Scheduling staff and assigning work.
Maintaining positive overall morale of program staff.
Supporting workplace safety and all safety initiatives.
Quality control of all products within the program.
During non‑BEAVO periods, helping with daily Ski and Snowboard School operations.
Communication with Location Manager, supervisors, and inside staff personnel as needed.
Administrative duties.
Driving value for the company.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
High School Degree or Equivalent required; College degree preferred.
Minimum three years as a full‑time instructor for a recognized ski and snowboard school required.
At least two years of supervisor experience within the Ski and Snowboard Industry preferred.
PSIA/AASI Level 2 Certification or higher preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) required; Knowledge of RPOS preferred.
Must read, speak, and comprehend English and possess writing and editing skills required.
Excellent guest service and communication skills; must be organized and detail‑oriented required.
Knowledge of Beaver Creek Ski & Snowboard School operations preferred.
Pay range: $58,461.98 - $77,126.78. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
