Location: Jamesburg, NJ (Nearby: Helmetta, Spotswood, Monroe Township, Old Bridge, Englishtown).

Whether you’re experienced in ABA or brand new to the field, we provide hands‑on training, supportive BCBA supervision, and flexible scheduling so you can build a meaningful career while making a real difference.
RBT certification is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
Collect data and document client progress using session notes.
Support skill‑building programs (communication, social, play, daily living skills).
Support behavior reduction plans with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
Communicate regularly with families and supervisors to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred (not required).
RBT certification a plus (support provided if you want to earn it).
Reliable transportation to client homes in and around Jamesburg/Central NJ.
Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
Professional, punctual, and compassionate demeanor.
Comfortable following coaching and feedback from a BCBA.
