Maintenance Technician
to be based in

Your primary duties will include: Performing property turnovers and responding to service calls Using your handyman skills to tackle general maintenance needs Conducting maintenance checks and identifying problem areas Painting and repairing apartment interiors Managing inventory and ordering parts as needed Inspecting and repairing plumbing, appliances, and safety-related issues Handling basic carpentry tasks, including door, trim, and siding repairs Keeping common areas clean and free of debris Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency service requests What’s In It For You?
