Thisrolewilldirectlyinfluencehowourbusinessoperatestodayandintothefuturebybuildingnewprocesses,designingend-to-endworkflows,authoringclearSOPs,andprovidingtheanalyticalinsightsnecessarytosupportexecutivedecision-making.

JobSummary TheStrategicProjectManagerplaysapivotalroleinanalyzing,designing,andimplementingprocessesthatdriveefficiency,scalability,andimprovedbusinessperformance.Thisindividualcollaborateswithinternaldepartmentleaderstoevaluateexistingworkflows,identifyinefficiencies,anddevelopnewstandardstosupportupcomingenterprisesolutionssuchas SAP/S4HANA andongoingbusiness-processimprovements.

Successinthisrolerequiresauniqueblendof projectmanagementexpertise,strongbusinessacumen,advanceddata-analyticscapability,andexceptionaltechnicalwritingskills .TheStrategicProjectManagerwillbuildandmaintaindocumentation—includingSOPs,workflowdiagrams,reportingdashboards,andstandardslibraries—toserveasthefoundationforrepeatable,scalableprocessesacrossthebusiness.

Theidealcandidateisaproactive,detail-drivenprofessionalwhocanoperateinafast-pacedenvironment,navigatecomplexdatasets,communicateinsightsclearly,andleadinitiativesthatsupportlong-termorganizationaltransformation.

KeyResponsibilities ProcessOptimization,WorkflowMapping&TechnicalWriting

Meetregularlywithdepartmentheads,SMEs,andcross-functionalteamstoassesscurrentworkflows,identifygaps,anddesignimprovedfuture-stateworkflows.

Createprofessional-grade SOPs,processmaps,swimlanediagrams,technicalinstructions,andpolicydocumentation tosupportnewsystemsandbusinesspractices.

DevelopstandardizeddocumentationtemplatesandmaintainacentralizedSOP/workflowrepositorytoensureaccuracyandversioncontrol.

Translatecomplexprocessesintoclear,user-friendlydocumentationsuitablefortechnicalandnon-technicalaudiences.

DataAnalytics&PerformanceMeasurement

Conductanalysisofoperational,financial,andperformancedatasetstoidentifytrends,processinefficiencies,andimprovementopportunities.

Buildandmaintaindashboards,KPIscorecards,andperformancereportsusing Excel,PowerBI,andSAPdatasources .

Providedata-drivenrecommendationsthatsupportdecision-makingacrossleadership,operations,customersupport,finance,andproductteams.

Supporttheevaluationofnewprocessesbydefiningmetrics,measuringoutcomes,andpresentinginsightstostakeholders.

SAP/S4HANAProcessAlignment

PartnerwithglobalSAP/S4HANAteamstoensurebusinessprocesses,SOPs,andworkflowdocumentationalignwithsystemconfigurations.

Supportuseracceptancetesting(UAT),trainingreadiness,andchange-managementrequirementsassociatedwiththeSAPtransition.

Documentsystem-enabledworkflows,role-basedresponsibilities,andprocesschangesdrivenbySAP.

ChangeManagement

Leadchange-managementeffortstohelpteamsadoptnewworkflows,processes,andtechnology.

Developcommunicationplans,trainingmaterials,andpost-deploymentsupportdocumentation.

Serveasaliaisonbetweenleadershipandoperationalteamstoensurealignmentandengagement.

BusinessModelInnovation&RecurringRevenueEnablement

Supporttransformationofourbusinessmodelfromhardware-focusedtoSaaSandrecurringrevenue–basedofferings.

Assistindesigningpricingmodels,financialstructures,andcustomerlifecyclesupportprocesses.

Identifyandeliminatebarrierstopaymentandrecurringrevenuecollection.

Program&InitiativeManagement

Managediverseinternalinitiatives,rangingfromdepartmentalprocessimprovementstoenterprise-levelsystemimplementations.

Guidecross-functionalteamsthroughfullprojectlifecycles,fromplanninganddiscoverythroughexecution,rollout,andpost-launchvalidation.

Overseeintegrationofexternalsolutionsacquiredoradoptedthroughbusiness-expansioninitiatives.

FunctionalSkillRequirements DataAnalytics

Advancedproficiencyin MicrosoftExcel,PowerBI,anddatavisualization/reportingtools .

Abilitytointerpretcomplexdatasets,buildanalyticalmodels,andpresentinsightstoleadership.
