LHH is seeking a Program Manager for a leading manufacturing organization.
This role drives complex engineering programs from concept to launch, ensuring alignment across design, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional programs, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams using CAD/PLM tools.
Oversee ERP system setup and data integrity for production readiness.
Apply Lean/Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency and quality.
Present program updates and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in engineering/manufacturing program management.
Proficiency in design engineering software and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
