Project Manager – Electrical & Lighting
ABM Electrical & Lighting is seeking a results-driven
Project Manager
to lead electrical and lighting projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while meeting ABM’s quality and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of electrical and lighting projects, from kickoff through closeout
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and site activities to meet project timelines
Track project performance and proactively address risks, changes, and issues
Oversee billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities to ensure timely and accurate payments
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and applicable codes
Provide clear project status updates and maintain accurate project documentation
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and customer experience
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in commercial electrical, lighting, or mechanical contracting
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with budget and schedule accountability
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage financial and operational data
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with SmartSheets and SnapCount preferred
High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications a plus
Lighting project experience strongly preferred
Pay: 95,000 – 105,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
