Operations Supervisor - Distribution
National salary range: $62,500 - $70,000. For California: $70,304 - $82,000; Washington: $80,169 - $82,000.
Shift and Hours Friday – Sunday Nights, 12‑hour shifts.

Job Summary As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. Your responsibilities go beyond daily management—implementing processes to optimize warehouse operations, leading frontline associates, fostering a safe and productive work environment, and ultimately driving the overall success of DHL Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support, building a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify improvement areas, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
Foster open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular, effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
1+ year(s) of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred).
1+ year(s) of logistics industry experience (preferred).
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills (preferred).
