Victoria’s Secret & Co. invites qualified candidates to apply for the HR Senior Generalist role at the DC/Logistics location.
Job Description The DC/Logistics Senior HR Generalist supports HR initiatives and administers policies and associate relations for a high-volume distribution center, partnering closely with DC Operations and HR leadership.
Responsibilities – Your Impact
Coach leaders and navigate associate relations.
Educate associates and leaders on company policies and procedures; identify and provide coaching, feedback, and strong partnership in resolving associate relations issues.
Guide leaders to ensure a culture of effective positive associate relations focused on core values.
Utilize company programs to sustain and build a culture that fosters inclusion, an open-door policy, high associate engagement, and talent development.
In partnership with the DC team, improve HR programs, policies, and procedures to support changing business needs in Logistics.
Act as point person on HR-related questions and concerns across multiple shift operations; assist associates with information and guidance.
Talent
Coach leaders and associates to ensure optimal performance.
Train and guide operational leaders and key partners on the performance management process to ensure fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.
Support exempt talent management life cycles, including leader onboarding, development activities, frontline DC succession planning, and retention initiatives.
Culture
Support initiatives that define, develop, and sustain a culture enabling top talent to feel engaged and contribute their best work.
Support the annual Associate Opinion Survey and action planning process.
Assist with associate engagement and recognition projects; facilitate culture champions within assigned client groups.
Support DC core projects and initiatives such as DC appreciation programs, peak onboarding/assimilation of non-exempt teams, and other business needs.
Compensation Minimum Salary:
$74,500.00
Maximum Salary:
$99,750.00

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field/equivalent experience
4–6 years HR experience
