At Bosch Home Comfort you’ll be part of our diverse distributed team making an impact on our organization through your support of our Executive Director. Our Executive Assistant position will offer you the opportunity to partner with our most senior leaders and support the vision of our organization. We are looking for someone who is dynamic, experienced, customer-focused, and has strong business acumen. You will be ready to showcase your C‑level task management, planning and executive assistant experience with particular focus on anticipating needs. You will be an integral part of our leadership team and will manage projects, set appointments, arrange travel, contribute to meetings and provide support services to our leaders.
How you will do it:
Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
Manage and maintain calendars
Coordinate all domestic and global travel and travel expenses and help to prepare event schedules and coordinate with parties as needed
Prepare and organize presentations for meetings
Process invoices, expense reports, other documentation, and records maintenance and retention
Coordinate with firms, organizations and individuals from outside the organization
Understand business strategy and context to execute projects, including planning, budget administration and resource allocation
Coordinate all domestic and global travel and travel expenses and help to prepare event schedules and coordinate with parties as needed
Help to coordinate events by communicating with internal and external customers
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years of professional work experience
Experience supporting C‑Level Executives
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and anticipate executive needs
Demonstrated success managing complex schedules, high‑volume calendars, and shifting priorities
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reconciliation
Advanced proficiency in preparing executive‑level presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Strong organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Ability to build strong working relationships across teams, departments, and external partners
Experience coordinating events, meetings, or cross‑functional activities
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality support
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
Ability to understand business context to support planning, budgeting, and resource coordination
