Responsibilities
Work closely with the Principal and Senior Designer in guiding the concept and design development, managing procurement, and coordinating installation.
Keep updated AutoCAD drawings for interiors, covering furniture and lighting layouts, elevation views, tile and stone arrangements, and millwork specifications.
Prepare both digital and physical presentations for clients, incorporating design schemes, detailed specifications, reference images, furniture layouts, and elevation plans.
Gather and update extensive FF&E specifications.
Work in tandem with external subcontractors and project partners, such as architects, general contractors, craftsmen, and others.
Field surveying of client spaces.
Attending project meetings and providing documentation support.
Potential for travel to site locations.
Compensation Commensurate with experience.

Job Requirements
Degree from an accredited Interior Design School, Minimum Associate.
Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
At least 1-3 years experience in residential design.
Strong design background with good technical and detailed drawing skills.
Proficiency in Studio Designer preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and able to adjust to changing priorities, deadlines and schedules.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be able to come into the office – this is not a remote position.
