Position Overview:
We’re seeking RN Nurse Supervisor to lead and support care delivery across our nursing units. This role plays a vital part in ensuring quality outcomes, fostering teamwork, and helping residents feel safe, cared for, and respected.
Shift:
RN Supervisor | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
What You'll Do:
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compassionate and compliant care
Oversee documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Help develop and lead educational plans for nursing staff
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in the State of Georgia
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build team engagement
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
A strong sense of accountability and a heart for resident-centered care
Team-player mindset with excellent communication skills
