QC Inspector
, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and performance of our electronic products. You’ll inspect circuit boards and small electrical components using advanced tools and techniques, helping us maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Perform
visual and mechanical inspections
of components and finished products.
Utilize tools such as
microscopes, calipers, x-ray systems, and vision systems
to verify product specifications.
Accurately
document inspection results
and report non-conformances.
Collaborate with
production and engineering teams
to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Maintain a
clean, organized, and safe work environment
in compliance with company standards.
Follow
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
and quality control guidelines.
Meet
daily production targets
and support throughput goals.
Participate in training programs covering
ESD, safety, first article inspection, IPC-A-610 standards
, and more.
What You Bring
Proven experience in
quality control and assurance
within a manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in
inspection techniques
and use of measurement tools.
Ability to
read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and bills of materials
.
Strong
attention to detail
and commitment to accuracy.
Basic
computer skills
and ability to document findings clearly.
Effective
communication skills
in English (written and verbal).
Experience with
microscope-based visual inspections
.
