DaVita Kidney Care is looking for an ambitious, operationally-focused and results-driven leader to join our team as a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator). In this role you will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting.

Financial Management: manage operation and performance, adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendors, order supplies, and ensure compliance.
Autonomy with support: run your clinic with guidance from the director, regional peers, and the company.

Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive toward regional goals.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or Registered Nurse license required.
Minimum of 3 years experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience, as determined by the Divisional Vice President or Regional Operations Director.
Current CPR certification required (or to be obtained within 60 days).
Collaboration skill essential; work with clinical and financial teams daily.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Other qualifications may be considered at the discretion of the ROD and/or DVP.
