Job Skills / Requirements Immediate opening for an Operations Manager in the Pascagoula, MS area. Must be a resident within reasonable distance to Pascagoula, MS.
Secret Security Clearance
Full compensation package up to $74 000: Base salary (paid weekly)
Annual performance‑based bonus
Monthly vehicle allowance
Mileage paid at current IRS rate

Responsibilities The Operations Manager will assist in regional administration by
Training, developing, and motivating supervisory staff to effectively oversee day‑to‑day operations.
Overseeing employee onboarding (interviewing, selection, training, licensure, paperwork).
Training subordinate supervisors on software, procedural guidelines, and company policies.
Coordinating operational functions (payroll, billing, accounts receivable, staffing, scheduling).
Conducting site visits and audits via the Quality Assurance program.
Collaborating with Regional Manager and Director to set branch goals and objectives.
Partnering with sales and marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college/university and ≥3 years of related experience and supervision in the security industry. • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time‑management skills. • Ability to qualify and be issued a security officer license in all areas under command. • Computer literacy in MS Office. • Valid driver’s license and good driving record. • Ability to travel and regularly visit all site locations for the Pascagoula region.
Education & Certification • Bachelor's degree from 4‑year college/university. • Associates Degree (optional). • Secret Clearance.
