Responsibilities
Customs & Compliance: Ensure all imports meet local, federal, and international laws, managing duties and taxes. Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation, track shipments, and work with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for smooth delivery. Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain accurate import/export documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.). Vendor & Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers and resolve issues. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all international transactions, expenses (freight, duties, etc.) and trade activities. Communication: Keep up with regular communications with suppliers and internal teams. Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication abilities. Attention to detail. Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus. Familiarity with supply chain management is a plus. How does Plastics Family Americas support you?
