Responsibilities As a Technician, after you complete our industry‑leading training, you will use that knowledge to help customers with their insulation issues. You will inspect attics, crawlspaces, and the interiors and exteriors of homes or businesses in our area. You will also recognize areas that could use our services and sell those to the customers you are servicing, potentially boosting your competitive annual salary. A clear path to promotions allows you to grow within the company.
