This role mirrors our successful Breast Survivorship model already in place in other regions and reflects our continued commitment to **comprehensive, patient-centered oncology care** throughout Washington State.* 1.0 FTE – Full-time role with stable weekday hours* Provide **follow-up care, symptom management, and ongoing support** for breast cancer survivors* Join a multidisciplinary team including oncology physicians, nurse navigators, and support staff* Help shape the development of the survivorship program in a new region* Part of **MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital**, part of Washington’s largest integrated health system* Practice located at the premier cancer facility in Central Washington: North Star Lodge* Work in a **sunny, affordable, and family-friendly community** with year-round outdoor recreation**About Yakima Memorial Hospital**MultiCare Yakima Memorial is a 226-bed acute-care, not-for-profit community hospital that has served Central Washington’s Yakima Valley since 1950.
