Practice Details
Practice Setting: Work alongside an experienced Nephrologist and a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider
Growth Opportunity: Drive robust practice growth by strategically integrating nephrology and internal medicine patients
Clinic Leadership: Lead our outpatient Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD) clinics
Comprehensive Support: Full support from vascular surgery, behavioral health, dietitians, and trained dialysis nursing staff
Service Expansion: Help expand our CKD walk‑in clinic and potentially develop a new hypertension clinic
Clinic Schedule: Physicians typically work a 4.5 workweek, so patients have access 5 days a week
Call Schedule: Hospital call primarily handled by a dedicated hospital group, allowing focus on outpatient care
EHR System: We utilize Epic EHR
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000–$450,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign‑on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $400,000 – $700,000
