Location: Indianapolis, IN
Full‑time (30+ hours per week) Hourly rate: $55.00–$65.00 per hour, with additional uncapped Hygiene Excellence Bonus and a quarterly bonus potential of up to $700.

Responsibilities

Record and plan detailed treatments, ensuring diagnostic accuracy and ADA‑compliant planning.
Administer specialized procedures and maintain up‑to‑date certifications.
