Knowledge of pharmacy processes, prescription preparation, and medication dispensing Proficiency in inventory management, record-keeping, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations Strong customer service and communication skills to address patient and provider inquiries effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) is required Experience in a pharmacy setting
