Job Overview
Dental Hygienist at Heartland Dental – 103 Roman Ln, Hawthorn Woods, IL 60047.
Full‑time position (minimum 30 hrs/wk) with bi‑weekly hourly pay, ability to opt into daily pay, quarterly bonuses, CE coverage, and a $7,500 welcome bonus.
Schedule Monday through Friday.

Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in IL and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
Excellent knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
Open to new graduates or seasoned hygienists.
Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
Desire to continue learning and improve clinical skills.
Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodation where needed.
Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
Must lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically.
TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (except FL & TN); completed during pre‑employment.
