RN Registered Nurse

Life Care Centers of America is a privately‑owned, 47‑year industry leader in healthcare with over 200 locations across the U.S. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team and provide high‑quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
Support the interdisciplinary team to achieve the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being of patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, or a nursing diploma.
Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state; must be maintained throughout employment.
One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.
Specific Job Requirements
Implement and interpret the department’s goals, policies, and objectives.
Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
Use reasoning skills and good judgment in patient care decisions.
Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
