Overview
Infusion Nurse Supervisor (RN) position at Texas Oncology, located in North Austin. This full‑time role (Mon‑Fri, 8am‑5pm) supports the infusion unit, overseeing nursing staff and patient care.
Responsibilities
Oversight of clinical operations for all nursing clinical support activities. Ensure adequate staffing/FTEs for assigned clinics. Ensure clinical operations and practice consistent with organizational objectives. Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction and quality assurance measures. Coordinate, implement, and assist with staff training, in‑services, and internal developmental programs for nursing staff. Assist with annual performance evaluations for nursing department staff. Serve as mentor/preceptor and provide day‑to‑day guidance to less experienced nurses. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred. RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Minimum 5 years actively practicing as a registered nurse, including at least 3 years in oncology. Current CPR certification required. 1 year of leadership experience preferred. Current or pending oncology certification preferred. Chemotherapy Immunotherapy provider card preferred. Working Conditions

Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
