A well-established private practice group is seeking a fellowship-trained Retina Specialist to join its busy and expanding team. This is a high-demand, retina-only position offering immediate access to a large referral base and the ability to rapidly build a full retina practice, with flexibility to scale both patient volume and surgical cases based on individual preferences.
High-Volume Retina Practice: Immediate clinical and surgical demand allows physicians to quickly establish a busy retina-only practice
Practice Autonomy: Flexibility to grow patient volume and case mix in alignment with professional goals
Efficient Infrastructure: Modern diagnostic imaging, well-equipped surgical facilities, and experienced retina-trained staff to support high productivity
