Responsibilities
Assist in building and maintaining all event registrations in coordination with Director of Special Events Strategy and Engagement
Manage all assigned digital tasks for event projects in Wrike project management software
Monitor attendee lists for events planned by the Office of Special Events to ensure all registration data is accurate and up to date
Be knowledgeable of the analytics dashboard within Salesforce that houses all registration data to provide guidance when needed
Assist the Director of Special Events Strategy and Engagement to create digital communication plans for upcoming events as needed
Research latest digital communication trends/designs
Help develop modern email layout templates for event communications
Additional Responsibilities
Request specialized reports when necessary
MS Excel report updates or revisions
Other duties are on an “as assigned basis”
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Works well under pressure and in fast-paced environment
Meets deadlines
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Efficient in MS Office
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Current Purdue University student
Students in HTM majors preferred
This position will work approx. 8-19 hours/week
