is hiring a full‑time Master’s Level Mental Health Professional to serve in the behavioral health unit at Dodge County Jail, Juneau, Wisconsin.
Base Pay Range:
$33.00/hr – $38.00/hr. Sign‑On Bonus:
$3,500 at 3 months & $3,500 at 6 months.
Position Summary:
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide proactive, collaborative care for the inmate population.
Essential Functions:
Provide crisis stabilization, complete intakes and ongoing evaluations, and consult with in‑house and community services.
Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and collaborate with the medical team to determine treatment plans.
Perform risk assessment, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams including medical staff, community providers, psychiatric hospitals, and corrections; plan discharge.
Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives.
Prepare documentation, records, and reports.
Utilize clinical skills such as prioritizing treatment needs, crisis management, brief interventions (CBT, Motivational Interviewing).
Maintain excellent and timely documentation.
Make independent clinical decisions, with supervisory input as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Licensed, Master’s Level Behavioral Health clinician (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or equivalent).
Graduation from a Master’s level program.
Minimum of one year of social work experience in a public or private capacity.
Successful background investigation.
Schedule:
Full‑time.
