This is a full-time, on-site position located in Louisville, KY. The Primary Care Nurse Supervisor will oversee a site's nursing staff operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves managing daily workflows, coordinating patient care services, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards and organizational policies. The Nurse Supervisor will also foster a patient-centered environment, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of clinical care, and support ongoing professional development within the department.
Experience in Nursing in a clinical setting, with a deep understanding of primary care and patient wellness
Possession of a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Kentucky.
Skills in leading and mentoring teams, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring operational efficiency
Demonstrated ability to comply with healthcare regulations and implement best practices.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Experience working with underserved populations, including those with complex health or social needs, is a plus.
