What you will do

Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions.

Assess, identify outcomes/solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate to standard practice elements.

Act independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & practice area.

Account for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes.

Collaborate with key stakeholders & contribute to quality & improvement practices & outcomes.

Exhibit agility & willingness to take on new & additional responsibilities.

Embrace new ideas & cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Valid RN licensure authorized in applicable state(s).

Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, & PCU.

Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties (Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED & Behavioral Health).

Maintain credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, PALS via American Heart Association.
