Ellie Mental Health-Metro Boston
Child & Adolescent Therapist
Ellie Mental Health-Metro Boston, Lexington, Massachusetts, United States, 02173
Have you been burnt out by excessive productivity requirements? Have you worked in a toxic environment where your voice wasn’t heard? If so, WE WANT YOU!!
Ellie Mental Health in Lexington is seeking creative, compassionate, and child/adolescent-focused therapists who are seeking a different employment experience to ignite their creativity while minimizing the barriers that come with traditional therapy practices. We are especially looking for clinicians with experience working with children and teens and availability during afternoons, evenings, and/or at least one weekend day to meet the growing needs of families in our community. That said, your schedule isn’t limited to those hours—daytime sessions are an option and welcome too; we just have the biggest need later in the day.
This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and hybrid work options, while still providing the structure and support of an in‑person team. You’ll help children, teens, and their families thrive through developmentally appropriate, evidence-based, and creative interventions—and you’ll do it within a workplace that truly values authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.
At Ellie, we prioritize our therapists just as much as our clients. We believe that happy therapists make the best therapists, and our benefits, culture, and support reflect that.
