We are currently looking for compassionate nurses who are looking to help make a difference. We have two clients in the Wixom area in need of private duty nursing. Care involves tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilation intervention and GTube management. We currently have openings for both AM & PM shifts in the Wixom, MI area & surrounding cities!
As a
Private Duty Nurse
with Centria Healthcare, you’ll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Whether caring for a medically complex child or an adult recovering from a motor vehicle accident, you’ll be making a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities
Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition.
Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan.
Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred.
Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required).
Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
