You’ll work with patients under 6, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home.

Compensation $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ communication and cognitive skills.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

Meet with families to provide training and guidance for continued progress at home.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant credentials.

Understanding of speech and language anatomy.

Commitment to patient‑centered care and professional growth.

Skilled in speech therapy techniques and AAC device usage.
