Be the first friendly voice clients see and hear — answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients in person. Manage and maintain multiple calendars via Salesforce CRM; set up client appointments and confirm appointments in a timely manner. Maintain client profiles, document interactions, and execute proper follow‑up. Resolve client questions and complete transactions, money movements, and routine client account maintenance. Handle all incoming and outgoing U.S. Mail and help keep us compliant with company standards. Help with general administrator tasks across the team. Support our marketing and client‑appreciation efforts — gifts, events, birthdays, etc. Keep the office stocked and running smoothly. Stay on top of compliance requirements and uphold high professional standards. Deliver a ‘WOW’ experience! Qualifications

Associate degree (or higher) or 1–2 years of relevant experience. Attention to detail and organization with a strong sense of accountability. Confident, polished, and articulate with polite and clear communication skills. A self‑driven individual with a positive attitude. Someone personable who enjoys building relationships with the families we serve. No licenses or special certifications required. Work Environment

This is an in‑office role in a professional small‑business practice setting, similar to a financial or legal office. Most of the work is at a desk, occasionally requiring light lifting (up to 25 lbs). Daily attendance is a requirement as clients and the team rely on your presence. Salary & Hours

$45,000–$55,000 starting pay depending on education and experience. Full‑time (40 hours/week), in‑person, in Bedford, NH. Benefits
