Account Manager - Manufacturing/Engineering Staffing Division Onsite – Indianapolis, Indiana

Position Summary Pinnacle Partners, a trusted and growing staffing firm headquartered in Indianapolis, is seeking a highly driven

Account Manager

to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll use a variety of tools to identify and prospect new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Prospect accounts in given territory utilizing internal software, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other available tools selling staffing services specific to Manufacturing and Engineering skill sets.

Meet with decision makers in a consultative sales process to extract their staffing needs and deliver solutions.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for new customers.

Build and foster relationships with hiring authorities.

Contribute to developing marketing strategies within your assigned territory.

Leverage Pinnacle’s internal recruiting team to identify candidates for your customers and work with these candidates through the entire placement process.

Work with Pinnacle’s internal recruiting team to set direction and priorities so as to maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

A minimum of 2+ years of successful technical sales and/or recruiting experience in a structured environment. Staffing experience is highly preferred but not required.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.

Strong analytical skills along with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A competitive drive with a strong work ethic and desire to achieve targeted goals.

Must be self‑motivated and possess the ability to work independently to achieve results.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.
