MOTOREX USA INC, the US‑affiliate of Swiss‑based MOTOREX GROUP, acquired the Spectro Performance Oils business in Brookfield, CT in 2023. Spectro Performance Oils has been formulating, packaging and marketing premium lubricants since 1966. Today’s Spectro® products provide a full range of full‑synthetic, synthetic blend and petroleum lubricants for all classes of power‑sports engines. In addition, we offer technical assistance, specialty blending as well as customized products for motorcycle and automobile engine, transmission, and drivetrain builders and racing teams.
Areas of Responsibility
Travel to new and existing customers regularly in your assigned territory
Achieve or exceed sales targets assigned by management
Collect and report feedback from customers on business and products
Attend trade shows, marketing events, meetings in the office and any trainings deemed necessary by management
Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with customers
When applicable, manage, train, and provide guidance to new sales reps and customers in your assigned territory
Manage expense account, providing accurate and timely expense reports to finance team
Any other tasks on behalf of management
Experience and Skills
Experience in sales and/or Powersports industry
Strong oral and written communication skills
Negotiation and consultative sales skills
Territory Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Eastern Connecticut
