Come join our team as an Environmental Services Supervisor at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This position oversees the central supply/ordering, housekeeping and laundry staff to promote a clean, organized facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Central Supply – maintains proper PAR levels of items to ensure the facility to has all the needed supplies to provide excellent care delivery
Housekeeping - Oversees the housekeepers to promote a clean, safe care environment following proper infection control guidelines Performs routine checks in the facilities to ensure practices are being implemented.
Laundry – manages overall facility laundry cleaning process and works with specific residents to complete their personal laundry as needed.
Works as part of the facility department head team to ensure facility related tasks are being completed.
Works as needed in the department positions as needed to assist with task completion
Schedules the department staff following facility standard schedules to ensure appropriate coverage is maintain through the day
Assists with hiring and training new staff
QUALIFICATIONS
Detail oriented person who works well with others
Must maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
