Position Summary Brooklyn Bottling of Milton, New York, Inc. is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead and "run the division" for our Kosher beverage portfolio. This is a hands‑on, road‑based role focused on the NY‑NJ‑PA corridor. We are looking for a true industry insider—someone who brings established relationships within the Kosher market to the table and can leverage them immediately to drive growth and distribution.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Division Leadership: Take full ownership of the Kosher department’s sales strategy, volume growth, and market penetration across the Tri‑State area.
Business Development: Leverage personal network and industry experience to open new accounts with Kosher‑specific distributors, independent grocers, supermarket chains, and food service providers.
Account Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring optimal product placement and promotional activity.
Field Operations: Spend the majority of time "on the road" visiting customers, monitoring store‑level execution, and identifying local market trends.
Strategy & Reporting: Analyze sales data to forecast inventory needs and report progress to executive leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience specifically within the Kosher food or beverage industry.
Existing Network: Must possess a current, active "Rolodex" of contacts within the NY‑NJ‑PA Kosher market (buyers, distributors, and store owners).
Self‑Starter: Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a division without daily hand‑holding.
Travel: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This is a road warrior role requiring extensive travel throughout NY, NJ, and PA.
Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to represent the company professionally to high‑level buyers.

Sick/Personal Days: Accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked; up to a maximum of 7 days per year.
