Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gulfport, Mississippi. The Account Coordinator's duties consist of:
Build and enter load details accurately into our transportation management system (TMS)
Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with shippers, receivers, and carriers
Track shipments from origin to destination, providing timely updates and resolving issues as they arise
Communicate regularly with drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery
Provide administrative support including document collection (BOLs, PODs), data entry, and load updates
Assist account managers and sales reps with day-to-day operational tasks
Help maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal processes
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
Strong Multitasking and Time Management Skills in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional Customer Service abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and driven to complete tasks accurately and on time
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
