Director, Account Management – Community Institutions
Our North America Client Sales organization is seeking to build a diverse, strategic and consultative workforce of world‑class relationship managers, problem‑solvers and technologists. The Role
Develop deep relationships with Community Institutions customers across multiple product lines and management levels.
Understand customers’ business objectives and goals, while identifying pain points. Develop and implement account plans to address them with Mastercard products and solutions.
Build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally, working closely with a diverse and cross‑functional team to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within a client.
Negotiate, execute and manage the customer contract agreement process, ensuring global linkage of resources and information sharing.
Identify and develop new business opportunities that provide the best potential for future business growth and a commendable return on financial investments.
Provide consultative industry and Mastercard insights in alignment with segment specialty.

Compensation and Benefits In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
