What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support agency business owners in understanding and connecting corporate strategic plans to their practices and results
Coach and advise agency business owners on sales results and execution of the state sales plan
Assist agency business owners in understanding the overall profit of the district while respecting their autonomy
Monitor and manage the execution of company initiatives for individual agency business owners
Build strong relationships with agency business owners and staff, ensuring their needs are prioritized
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance products: Property and Casualty, Life
Valid driver's license required with an acceptable driving record
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions and support
Prior management experience or experience leading project teams
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous agency experience or experience influencing agency owners in the field
Candidate should reside in the district (Seattle area)
