We are seeking a licensed psychologist to oversee behavioral health services at our juvenile correctional facility. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and program coordination to support the rehabilitation of youthful offenders.
Responsibilities
Develop and conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
Interview, administer, score, and interpret psychological tests.
Prepare clinical reports based on assessment findings.
Formulate and modify treatment plans as needed.
Represent the psychological component at unit treatment team meetings.
Submit psychological impressions to the interdisciplinary team.
Consult with professionals such as psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, therapists, and administrators regarding program integration.
Ensure compliance with accrediting and professional standards (e.g., American Psychological Association, Department of Mental Health).
Provide clinical supervision to student interns.
Participate in individual, group, and family psychotherapy rehabilitation sessions.
Maintain accurate documentation of all activities.
Respond to emergency situations and, when required, lead contractual psychologist duties.

Licensing
License to practice psychology issued by the Ohio State Board of Psychology in accordance with Section 4732.12 or 4732.15(a) of the Ohio Revised Code.
Compensation : $42.29–$59.31 per hour + 20% supplement
Work Location : Cuyahoga Juvenile Correctional Facility, Highland Hills, Ohio
Schedule : Full‑time
