Since 1983, Valle Vista Health System, a 132 bed facility located in Greenwood, Indiana, has been providing high-quality behavioral health care to the community. We offer care for a broad range of psychiatric and addiction disorders. We provide care to adults, and to patients as young as age five. Our programs include inpatient, outpatient and medication‑assisted treatment for adults, and residential and inpatient treatment for children and adolescents. These programs are designed to help adults, children and teens learn the necessary skills to regain confidence, heal and successfully function at home, work, school and in their communities.

Position Summary:

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist is responsible for providing direct clinical services for group participants. The therapist completes psychosocial assessment upon admission and is responsible for providing the clinical and case management services necessary throughout the treatment episode. Treatment planning and coordinating aftercare services are primary job responsibilities associated with this position. The IOP Therapist provides clinical services primarily in a group setting, either in person or through tele‑health modalities.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday 11:00a to 7:30p (No On Call and No Weekends)

Qualifications REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or other behavioral health clinical treatment.

License: LMHC, LCSW or LMFT preferred; LSW or LMHCA required.

Experience: One year experience in provision of mental health or chemical dependency therapy required.

Additional Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age.
