Role Description This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Clinical Mental Health Therapist in the Greater Chicago Area. In this role, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting the mental health needs of youth experiencing homelessness.
You will provide therapy that includes treatment planning, family therapy, and social work. You’ll manage your own caseload, lead both individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborate with a dedicated team that shares your commitment to empowering young people.
This role allows you to use your clinical expertise in a way that truly changes lives, while also working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Qualifications
Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
Experience in Social Work and Mental Health services
Expertise in Family Therapy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent is required
