Psych Nurse (RN) Temporary Assignment, Premium Pay, Night Shift

Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse RN coordinates and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team following the nursing process and standards of care. They oversee and direct Mental Health Technicians to ensure patient safety and meet individual needs.
This is a temporary assignment for 16 weeks on 12‑hour night shifts (7:00 pm to 7:30 am), with the possibility of extension up to 6 months. Three shifts per week, including every other weekend. Pay is $60/hour. Not eligible for benefit programs. Current or recent UHS employees are not eligible.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.
Minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility (preferred).
Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Michigan.

Location & Hours Grand Rapids, MI – Byron Center (6291 Venture Hills Boulevard SW, Byron Center, MI 49315). 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, three shifts a week (including every other weekend).
