Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health
Location:
7580 Charlotte Hwy, Indian Land, South Carolina (with travel to Fort Lawn)
Job Type:
Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week)
Salary:
$77,000 to $100,000 / Year (compensation based on experience)
Sign-on Bonus:
up to $10,000 sign-on bonus available
Schedule:
Part-time within pelvic health with travel to Fort Lawn

Responsibilities
Review patients’ medical history
Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed
Qualifications
Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the State of North Carolina required
CPR and first‑aid certification required
