Manager of Pharmacy Services—Rockwall Join Texas Oncology as a full‑time Pharmacy Manager in our Rockwall location. The role is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5: p.m. with no weekends or major holidays.

Overview Texas Oncology is the largest community oncology provider in the country, serving 600+ providers across 220+ sites in Texas and southeastern Oklahoma. We are committed to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based cancer care to patients across the state. This position will support pharmacy operations for the Rockwall facility.

Long‑Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Eligible roles may participate in a three‑year vesting plan tied to individual and operational performance, reviewed annually under the LTIP program.

Responsibilities

Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Develop and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and budget.

Lead pharmacoeconomic analyses and disease management initiatives.

Manage drug purchasing, inventory, and dispensing processes.

Coordinate staff training, development, and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide drug expertise.

Prepare financial and regulatory reports and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from an accredited school.

Minimum five years as a registered pharmacist, including at least two years of supervisory experience.

Experience in a pharmacy with IV skills and oncology background preferred.

Current Texas pharmacist license.

Physical Demands Requires full range of motion, manual finger dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, and the ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. Corrected vision and hearing to normal range are required.

Work Environment Work involves direct patient contact and handling of chemotherapeutic agents; exposure to toxic substances may occur. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
